Williamson Building and Remodeling LLC was officially founded in August of 2016 by Josh Williamson, Abel Catlin, and Ezekiel Smoker, brother- in- laws who all originate from the greater Penn Yan area. With a combined 22 years of experience they began working on all projects related to home building: framing, electric, siding, windows, drywall, plumbing, finish work and even more. Over that first year their business grew in leaps and bounds, nearly doubling in size and gaining popularity with many people around Keuka Lake.

Much of this success came from the expertise and reputation handed down to them from their fathers. Ed Williamson of Williamson Quality Home Improvements and Mahlon Smoker of Mahlon Smoker Contracting have each been serving this area for over 25 years and, have not only become experienced in this demographic, but have also reached mastery in their profession.
